Function:

This role is to manage and support a team who deliver the end to end recruitment process once roles have been approved to be hired (internal & external). The team work to deliver an outstanding service and manage candidate hiring process into a prescribed business area. You will be responsible for their development, performance management, recruitment and development.

  • To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client
  • To manage team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
  • Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of your team to drive delivery and direction
  • Sound understanding of your diverse business area and manage Talent Acquisition Managers and Coordinators to fill vacancies within agreed service levels and standards
  • Undertake regular feedback sessions and staff appraisals
  • Escalation of HR / recruitment issues
  • Ensure the team are creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislation
  • Hiring, motivating and driving outstanding performance from all staff
  • Managing performance and disciplinary matters when required
  • Leading by example at all times

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Your staff will be undertaking the following and you will need to ensure it happens to a world class standard
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal and external hiring requirements across the MENA programme
  • Ensuring all approved roles recorded against our VMS
  • Liaison with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
  • Advertise all vacancies through appropriate internal and external channels
  • Facilitating intake meetings with hiring managers to commence the recruitment process
  • Managing offer process including providing up to date salary/rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area
  • Providing strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments
  • Ad hoc project work as given by the business and Account Director from time to time
  • Recommendations of service needs, training, Resource Solutions process, client process

Managing the end-to-end Vendor Management:

  • Candidate CV Reviewing / Pre-screen
  • Provide relevant Hiring Managers with updates
  • Interview Scheduling and Room Booking (usually 3 rounds)
  • Collect Interview Feedback and manage candidate expectations appropriately
  • Offer Negotiation and Approval and extend to candidate
