Sr. Account Manager Service –Services Sales – Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has an excellent opportunity for a Dubai based Sr. Account Manager, Services Sales. This position reports to the Sales Leader Service, UAE & Oman, and will be responsible for growth of existing account with ELV service project and Digital 1st and 3rd party Maintenance, focus on Dubai / Abu Dhabi.

As a Sr Account Manager, Service Sales for Dubai , you should achieve the financial / non-financial goals through the implementation of sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging HBS ELV service solution from install base and software based solutions to solve customer’s most critical business problems. You will utilize your Service sales experience in Building Services solutions industry to sale service project, conventional and innovative software based services and maintenance solutions to existing and new customers.
This position interfaces with the Field Services Leader, Honeywell Building Solutions on financials, processes, and operation to ensure Services growth objectives are achieved.
- Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers.
- Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
- All sales related activity management through the accurate, timely and detailed use of the Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.

- Bachelor’s Engineering Degree ideally within Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
- Proven Service Sales experience in the commercial buildings industry.
- BMS, Fire CCTV and ACS Technical knowledge
- In-depth industry and market knowledge
- Valid UAE Driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
- Cross selling and consultative selling – experience with collaborating across both client and own organization
- Proven record of meeting targets
- Excellent Negotiation Skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and total value offerings to customers.
