- Engineering Automation, Industrial Control Systems & SCADA Technical Solutions Expertise
- Solutions Sales Experience & Capability to Understand the Factory Automation Business Selling Cycle
- It’s a must to have GCC especially KSA based Sales experience of a certain number of years
- Extraordinary Sales personnel with natural art of selling skills and above experience can also be preferred if they have less experience but above know how
- Following are the key deliverables besides other deliverables as assigned by the management for the said role:
- Responsible for creating new contracts, purchase orders, pre-qualifications and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Responsible for Territory’s Profit & Loss and delivery of PO Gen targets as agreed with the management.
- Effectively do selling considering the market and competitor analysis and excel in sales targets.
- Efficient sales management for clients in KSA and maintaining healthy customer relationships with them.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities within midstream, downstream verticals in KSA East and Central territory.
- Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified, quoted and executed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities as well as creating the Company’s brand awareness throughout KSA.
- Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
- Would be able to verify solution design, costing & meet commercial proposal obligations through the proposal teams help.
- Deliver, monitor and report on sales revenue, client contact targets, providing periodic updates on achievement and pipeline.
- Strategize and lead the company’s overall objectives within the defined territory in short, medium- and long-term basis.
- Take an active part in setting the annual growth targets and ensuring the achievement of it.
- Manage to ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.
- Take initiative to work closely with clients on process automation products and other projects related to Avanceon offering.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Professional Qualification: BS Engineering in any field, or with MBA or Equiv.
- Professional Experience: Flexible 6-10 Years local & International sales experience (Preferable)
- Any Origin, the Arabic language will be given preference
- System Integrator Experience background will be preferred
