What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for building our Hotel channel. We offer hotels a solution for fully managed room service and are currently working with Rove, Marriott, Hilton and Accor hotels. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, pitching and closing deals as well as maintaining customer satisfaction.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify hotels in our radius and classify based on needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on our services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, Sales / Account Management experience ideally within the Hospitality, Leisure or Real Estate sector in Dubai.
  • Excellent judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilise data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them.
  • Energetic and motivational leadership styles focused by personal influence.
  • Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
