In this role you will be responsible to assist in planning and executing all Marketing campaigns and collaterals to support the Annual Marketing plan by providing creative support for brand related artwork within the business development unit. Managing and executing all promotional projects in design related aspects, including graphic design, photography, and filming and post production based on brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of activities, developing, designing and adapting advertising campaign: corporate and tactical – ads, flyers, posters, POS material, pre-press materials, promotional material, collateral, exhibition images, providing logos, and guidelines (not limited to), providing images & graphic materials for web use. Responsible for Planning, creating and execution of the inflight Magazine and all creative directing of advertising publicity, media campaign, magazine design in all stages of production (pre-press to high end) and ensuring of all materials meet the company standards
Further will you be responsible to build a database of photographs for marketing use, by collecting different photos that can be used for future references. Ensure that any personal data obtained and processed is treated in accordance with data protection principles followed by the Group, as well as applicable Group policies and Procedures on data protection and information security. You must consult the Group’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) office prior to making decisions on the processing, storage, retention and deletion of professional data with regards to responding to Subject Access Requests (SARs), conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIAs) and identifying any personal data breach, if there is no policy or procedure that provides adequate guidance. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication is an added advantage. You should have minimum 5 years relevant experience with proven writing, editing and proofreading skills within ground handling/aviation sector.
You should have the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision. Candidates should have highly developed skills in marketing and MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Access & PowerPoint). You should have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines. You should have a methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
