· Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Qatar Operational teams.
· You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
· Administer HR related documentation.
· Collect the new hire paperwork.
· Conduct New Hire orientations.
· Manage the Performance appraisal process.
· Manage and solve daily queries.
· Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
· Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
· Participate in special HR projects.
· Manage and process the UPDA.
· If requested, manage the employees’ time sheet submission process.
· Other daily items as required.
· A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
· 5-6 years Professional experience .
· Experience in Qatar will be preferable.
· Experience with the UPDA process (Regisatration of Engineers) will be considered an asset.
· Konowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
· Excellent knowledge of the English language
· Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
· Multitasking and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to analyze and solve problems
· Skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling.
