مطلوب موظف استقبال للعمل لدى National Oilwell Varco – دبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة

 Receive/attend, screen and forward incoming calls to the right persons 

 Take and relay messages and provide information’s to callers 

 Meeting/Greeting Clients or visitors as soon as they arrive, monitor logbooks, monitor people coming and going through the reception doors and issue visitor badges when required 

 Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations

 Update company database or phone extensions

 Fax, Photocopy, collate documents, and file accurately 

 Keeping the reception area tidy by coordinating with the office staffs/cleaners.

 Book meeting rooms or training rooms and organize catering whenever required 

 Apply or issue gate passes to visitors and once approve forward to the concern persons.

 Submit report to accounts on monthly basis for all expenses incurred in applying the passes

 Responsible for submitting driver’s expenses/reimbursements and keep a record of the receipts in case audited/required.

 Handles Facility maintenance by coordinating with the Contractor and Facility Supervisor to be recorded and submitted on monthly basis as a report 

 Check, sort and log all documents and packages received through different couriers and or companies along with the invoices from suppliers to be dispatch to the appropriate person in all departments. 

 Coordinate with the purchaser in ordering office supplies and stationaries.

 Responsible in ordering of letterheads, envelopes, business cards names plates etc. 

 Arranging couriers, check/follow up the status as well as sorting posts

 Provide general administrative and clerical support and other duties as assigned.

· Good Personality

· Good Communication Skills

· Must possess multi-task handling ability, knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.

· Should be skillful in Microsoft office package, telephone communication, listening etc.
