Sales Development Analyst – Trainee

A Sales Development Analyst Trainee conducts cold-calls, educates prospective customers on Bayzat products and works closely with the entire sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Emailing, calling and building relationships with prospective customers
- Making a great first impression on customers as a Bayzat vanguard
- Helping clients understand Bayzat products
- Developing and improving the customer experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- We care about potential and cultural fit more than we care about experience. We need someone that is a quick learner, is passionate about technology and has the interpersonal skills necessary to comfort clients.
- Extremely well-spoken and clear written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-starter who works independently
- Able to build successful client relationships and handle objections / rejections maturely
The training will last 8 weeks in our Dubai office. Here’s an overview of the program:
During the first 2 weeks, you will go through a rigorous training program that will get you up to speed on Bayzat products and industry information. You will also get the necessary sales and product training. During the following 6 weeks, you will get your hands dirty. There will be no shortage of hands-on experience: you’ll be talking to prospects and asking them plenty of questions to help them figure out what they need.
