- To be responsible for handing checks & contacting the suppliers for ready checks
- To handle the filing and filing room
- To Distribute the vouchers to the responsible AP/AR person.
- A contact person between the accounting department and other departments Example: GP&A and document delivery.
- To follow up with the bank transfers and swift copy requests.
- To receive the invoices from the suppliers that will be entered by the accounting department, and enter all invoices to in/out correspondence book.
- Receiving the phone calls from outside company to the accounting department, and answering the inquires about payments invoices etc..
- Sending remittance details.
- Printing transfer copies and make daily filing for it.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Very organized and good communication skills.
- Microsoft office general skills & basic computer skills.
- Easy going and calm personality
- Good Command of English (Written & spoken).
