المسمى الوظيفي : مساعد مدير محاسبة – Accounting Admin Assistant

مكان العمل: الأردن

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for handing checks & contacting the suppliers for ready checks
  • To handle the filing and filing room
  • To Distribute the vouchers to the responsible AP/AR person.
  • A contact person between the accounting department and other departments Example: GP&A and document delivery.
  • To follow up with the bank transfers and swift copy requests.
  • To receive the invoices from the suppliers that will be entered by the accounting department, and enter all invoices to in/out correspondence book.
  • Receiving the phone calls from outside company to the accounting department, and answering the inquires about payments invoices etc..
  • Sending remittance details.
  • Printing transfer copies and make daily filing for it.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Very organized and good communication skills.
  • Microsoft office general skills & basic computer skills.
  • Easy going and calm personality
  • Good Command of English (Written & spoken).
