المسمى الوظيفي : مدير/ة برنامج وطني

Position Overview
To manage and oversee the activities of the program and its resources in the governorate, as well as the implementation of its strategic objectives and formulateplans to make sure these objectives are met.

General Responsibilities:
– Formulate preliminary annual operations plan with respective governorate teambased on Governorate Director’s planning directives
– Continuously ensure performance is in line with operational guidelines / bestpractice.
–  Monitor performance indicators and pro-actively intervene to addressunderperformance.
– Manage and monitor expenditure to ensure it is in line with allocated budget andpromptly address variances.
– Pro-actively identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
– Perform necessary reporting requirements as per senior management directives.
– Ensure adequate maintenance and constant development of physical.Infrastructure, including IT systems, in coordination with the GovernorateDirector.
– Inform the development of strategic objectives with data and managementinsight relevant to the governorate.
– Lead strategic objectives planning in the governorate including the identificationof budgeting, HR and training requirements.
-Lead the implementation of program strategic objectives in the governorate,troubleshooting problems where required with the National Program Director andGovernorate Director.
– Build relationships with key stakeholders within the catchment areas, incoordination with respective governorate team, with the aim of strengtheningprogram performance.
– Engage other Trust Program Governorate Managers to collectively identifyopportunities that are beneficial to respective programs.

Qualifications: (Required)
 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
 Experience: 5 years’ experience in supervisory/ Management level
 Proficiency in the English Language
 Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
