Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
1- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
2- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
3- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
4- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
5- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
6- Supports budget and forecasting activities.
7- Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
8- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
9- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
10- Responds to inquiries from the top management, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
11- Work with the top management to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
12- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
13- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
14- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
15- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

Qualifications
1- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required (CMA is preferred).
2- 5 years of account management experience.
3- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
4- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
6- Deep digital understanding.
7- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
8- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
9- Strong communication and presentation skills.
10- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
HR supervisor
Responsibilities
Performance management & deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
Recruitment and selection & direct and manage the recruitment and selection process, and train line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
Learning and development & implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
Human resources policy & develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organisation, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
Reporting and management of human resources metrics & produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
Leadership & mentor direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in human resources management or business management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organisation
Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas.
Architectural & Interior Design
Responsibilities
The primary duties of this role will be to create 3D drawings of layouts/details, and help to choose interior selections. Manage design from conceptual development.

 Define the design requirements and schedule accordingly

 Interpret and translate theoretical ideas into rough plans.

 Set costs and fees according to budget

 Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

 Produce sample and mood products

 Manage design profiles online.

 Develop the management ideas in order to be designative improvement.

 Supervise work progress.

 Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and subcontractors.

 Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

Qualifications
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction).

o Expertise in layout, color, lighting, and materials selection.

o Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software (3DMax, DIALUX).

o Excellent portfolio of previous work.

o Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.

o Communication and presentation skills.

o Project management skills.

o Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

o BS degree in Interior Design or similar.
