Job Description

  • Perform and assist in various accounting functions such as in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reports preparation.

  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office Applications and ERP

Job Description

  • Handle materials inventory, receipt and delivery in the store.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies/materials in the store and produce periodic updates for reporting to the Projects Manager and Store Manager.
  • Maintain an updated record of stock levels and provide documents for stocks that were not accounted.
  • Update the system for every delivery and receipt transaction in order to maintain an accurate record.
  • Update the filing of documents such as invoices, delivery forms, transmittals, requests and approvals.
