Job Title : Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities :
1. Browse, search and screen for qualified job candidates to close available vacancies on a timely manner using various recruitment sources.
2. Interview and assess internal and external applicants based on assigned job description and positions’ requirement.
3. Submit the resumes of applicants who passed HCM interview to the requesting Department for technical interview and follow up results accordingly.
4. Present employment offer to the selected applicants according to proposed salary.
5. Coordinate and advise concerned parties regarding new recruits’ starting date.
6. Update HR system with any new status of the applicants and maintain complete records on a timely manner.
7. Ensure notifying the unqualified and waiting applicants with the interview results.
8. Handle martyrs’ families’ initiative recruitment process.
9. Handle rejoined and rehired employees cases.
10. Handle lateral and vertical promotion process to select the best fit.
11. Participate in career day’s events and job fairs.
12. Coordinate with MIS Department for any modification or development related to the HR systems within the scope of the section.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company’s goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Job Title : Project Manager
Responsibilities
1. Review statement of work (SOW) including scope of project, business case and initial assessment, and identify the various projects stakeholders.
2. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
3. Create project plans in coordination with executing department, business owner, and project team.
4. Identify project milestones and review them at regular intervals to monitor the progress of the project.
5. Identify risks at the outset of the project and set suitable response plans in coordination with stakeholders.
6. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects, assign duties and responsibilities, and spans of authority to project team members in coordination with business owner and executing department.
7. Identify training requirements that may be needed for team members to complete the project.
8. Manage project team members in terms of abidance to deliverables and target dates by monitoring status of tasks on a regular basis, verifying their accomplishments and ensuring their adherence to customer requirements.
9. Constantly monitor the project baseline to ensure progress is within preset scope, defined timeframes, and budget.
10. Manage project changes as per project change management procedure by assessing changes on projects’ scope, budget, and timeline in coordination with concerned parties and recommend implementing or postponing the ensuing phases.
11. Monitor and control project issues and recommend corrective actions.
12. Measure project performance on a continual basis and recommend corrective actions as needed
13. Report on a regular basis to program manager and Syriatel management on project progress.
14. Ensure that the project output has met the required objective and communicate results to stakeholders.
15. Ensure that all project records are maintained, and are readily identifiable and retrievable.
16. Manage and maintain good relationship with the client and stakeholders.
17. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company’s goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
