Brief Description
Evaluate, recommend, monitor and maintain the existing network or new proposed panels, locations, walls, buildings and any other tool that are used to displayed Syriatel image for outdoor communications.
Department Description
Detailed Description
1.Check & Recommend fixed outdoor panels & walls and requested printed materials depending on Procurement team suggestions accordance with the approved budget.
2.Evaluate any new proposed panel/location based on the preset criteria and Outdoor Panels’ Classification.
3.Communicate with the product owners in order to define products targeted panels’ distribution.
4.Prepare the yearly visits plan of all outdoor panels, POS and outlets with regards to location and quantity in coordination with Marketing and Sales concerned Units and propose it to Media Head of Section.
5.Handle the distribution plan of Syriatel printed material and all outdoor panels, POS and outlets.
6.Propose changes on the distribution plan of all outdoor panels to Media Head of Section according to current\new deals with suppliers.
7.Check samples of the printed materials (if needed) to ensure their quality as per Syriatel standards before installing them on the panel.
8.Coordinate with MR-Retail Development Section and CS-POS Unit to ensure the installation of Syriatel theme in all POSs and Outlets.
9.Check the received report by MR-Retail Development Coordinator related to maintaining outdoor signs, curtain available in Syriatel POSs timely.
10.Evaluate the current panels after each campaign in all areas in coordination with MR-Retail Development Coordinator to ensure Syriatel image in terms of consistency and uniformity of designs & materials to be as per Syriatel Standards and to ensure sufficient availability.
11.Monitor outdoor Syriatel campaigns directly or through MR-Retail Development Coordinator to ensure installation of all visuals timely according to the approved plan and quality as per Syriatel standards.
12.Monitor the status of outdoor panels’ on a regular basis in terms of lighting, frame and structure status, visuals’ status and take required actions if needed in Damascus and in coordination with MR-Retail Development Coordinator.
13.Follow up and monitor maintenance work requests in coordination with the concerned in Procurement Department for outdoor panels, POS and outlets in coordination with MR-Retail Development Coordinator till completion.
14.Follow up production issues related to fixed outdoor panels, POS and outlets in coordination with
MR-Creative and Production Section to ensure quality and delivery timely.
15.Receive and verify copies of all contractors’ to ensure compliance with the agreed deals.
16.Suggest and recommend new techniques and tools in outdoor communications Update all information related to outdoors panels, POS and outlets on the related application on a daily basis.
17.Send status report and recommendation concerning outdoor panels’ contract renewal or cancelation to Media Head of Section on a monthly basis including all updates on the outdoor panels.
18.Ensure getting the needed approval of AAO (Arabian Advertising Organization) in coordination with Regulatory and Governmental Affairs Unit.
19.Send request to Service Desk Support Section to proceed with requisition as per distribution plan and requested.
20.Maintain up to date archiving as per Communication index of records.

Job Requirements
1.Education: Diploma
2.Experience: 1-2 Years Relevant Experience is plus, Preferably in Telecom.

Support in handling bad debt customer`s accounts and handle the routine
operational tasks related to Credit and Collection Unit.
Department Description
Detailed Description
1. Contact bad debt customers through phone calls /
social media applications when needed.

  • Persuade bad debt customers to reactivate their

disconnected lines after settling their dues.

  • Recommend solutions that optimize the bad debt

recovery process.

  • Inform nominated bad debt customers before

publishing their names in newspaper or take any legal actions against
them .

  • Provide bad debt customers with information about

some services that may help in avoiding future debt as Boutique concept

  • Provide support by calling a specific segment of

customers defined by HOS and present some offers when needed.

  • Enter and update the data after following up the

bad debt recovery on credit collection management system (CCMS) to
ensure updated and accurate database.

  • Support in handling the routine operational

tasks from all over the Sections related to Credit & Collection Unit

  • Check Individual objectives on regular basis and

effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful
contribution to company’s goals and corporate objectives.
