المسمى الوظيفي : Procurement Executive
- Provides the necessary support to DHL staff in order for them to fulfil their obligations to the DHL customers in a timely and acceptable manner through the management of procurement and contracting functions.
- Define the sourcing strategy for each category in relation with DHL corporate procurement strategies/policies to ensure strategic sourcing provides quality and customer focused services to DHL;
- Developing commercially focused and value-adding relationships with suppliers so as to ensure an optimal mix of best price, quality and delivery is achieved when securing vendor agreements for DHL;
- Drive the sourcing process and lead contract negotiation so that key strategic suppliers can be selected and developed;
- Implement continuous monitoring program to deliver significant savings and add value to DHL;
- Develops and implements short- and long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service while meeting DHL goals and objectives and works closely with DHL staff to ensure these measures are achieved;
- Anticipate and resolve potential implementation barriers in a timely fashion so as to maintain the momentum of the process;
- Proactively analyze other aspects of the total value chain (quality, service, price, product, supply, innovation, etc.) to identify additional savings opportunities;
- Reviews requisitions, purchase orders, and bid and proposal documents to ensure conformance with local contract laws and DHL policy;
- Anticipates market evolutions and suggests appropriate strategies to deal with these changes.

المسمى الوظيفي : Retail Manager
- Manage, coordinates, and implements all retailing activities within the Country; Responsible to stimulate revenue and shipments growth in this section for the country. In particular, increase revenue growth by improving the conversion ratio of enquiries to bookings and by up selling of value added services with the help of marketing to achieve country budgets. Responsible for all new branch installations or existing branch modernizations and/or relocations.
- In conjunction with the Director Sales establish area sales targets and ensure the attainment of agreed annual revenue and profitability targets for all outlets.
- Implement product strategies and pricing policy, monitor product and revenue performance against plan, manage the retail team and liaise with customer services / operational staff to review and resolve customer needs and associated issues.
- Establish trusting and mutually beneficial relationships to tap on the retailers network and locations to provide DHL products and services to end consumers.
- Liaison for the purpose of developing & implementing a strong brand presence (in consultation with marketing) at all retail locations, at the same time, ensuring adherence to company policies & procedures.
