– Support employees requirements
– Market survey and shop visit report
– Distributor visit weekly
NBPC (NoteBook PC)Technician
– Finish Assigned jobs
– Increase productivity
– Find defects / Repair action
– Telephonic support for end-user
– Check VOC (Voice of Customer)
– Repair Verification
